These dry cabinets are used for dehumidification storage for goods like IC, semi-conductor, powder, fine particle product, medicinal materials, Silicon wafers, electronic components, LCD glass substrate, optical film and lens, quartz oscillator, precision instruments and meters and other electronic components.
